We also rely on one of the most sensitive instruments ever created—our hands—to check crucial nuts, bolts, cables, and power components. They’re just part of the hundreds of stringent quality checks each Accent has to pass as it moves along the line.
Finally, each Accent faces a 4.97-mile test-drive to ferret out any little squeaks, creaks, or rattles that can’t be detected on the factory floor. Every button, function, and system also gets checked carefully. If it can’t pass muster, it can’t wear a Hyundai badge.
